There is a small service fee that both creators and freelancers will need to pay as part of the project. This fee will be a percentage of the project cost and you will see the exact amount at the payment stage. There is no subscription fee or upfront cost to join the network. This fee allows us to provide both creators and freelancers with high-quality talent and opportunities.

Once a creator finds the right freelancer and accepts the quote, the creator will pay for the project upfront securely through the Creative Jobs platform. When the project has been completed, we will release the payment to the freelancer. You can access project invoices anytime via your Creative Jobs account.

Creative Jobs keeps your payment secure via our payment provider, Stripe. When both the creator and the freelancer mark the project as complete, the payment will be released to the freelancer who will receive it within 48-72 hours.

This is a community of professionals and disputes are rare. Should something come up, the Creative Jobs team is available to handle disputes on a case by case basis. You can find more info here.

Yes, you are welcome to chat with any freelancer before you start a project.

You’re welcome to work with as many freelancers as you like. However, if your project is already underway and you want to switch to a different freelancer, you’ll be responsible for paying for the work that has already been completed.
